Lynn Power, Co-Founder & CEO

Lynn is a longtime ad agency executive with a love for beauty (she's also the founder of MASAMI, clean premium haircare, and Power Beauty Collab. As a cancer survivor, she is passionate about creating products that are good for you and good for the environment.

CAROLINe FABRIGAS, SCENT EXPERT

Caroline's career began in beauty at Estee Lauder and CHANEL, where she rose through the ranks of the beauty industry to hold key positions with many well-known beauty brands such as Chanel, Prada, Lancôme, Clarins and Lancaster Group Worldwide. Today, she is a leading authority in the art and science of Scent Marketing and Branding. ​

KERRY QUINN, FINANCE

Kerry Quinn is a leading marketing production consultant empowering marketers to make better, more informed decisions in their creative production investments. Previously, Kerry represented Interpublic Group, WPP and independent agencies in various financial and executive roles over 25 years.

LAURA ZAH, SCIENCE OFFICER

Laura Zah, Chief Science Officer, is a  board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a focus on wellness promotion and family health. She completed her doctorate education at Elms College, Chicopee, Massachusetts, USA. She is experienced in pulmonary medicine, and currently pursuing a career in oncology care. Also, she is the President of Alexander’s Way Research Fund, Inc., which promotes cutting edge research for rare diseases.

BILL POWER, INVESTOR

Bill Power is co-founder and chief investment officer of House La Ruche, the premium incubator focused on luxury wellness brands. Portfolio start-ups include breakthrough brand 1906, ocean botanical hair care brand MASAMI, and Isle de Nature. Previously, Bill held executive roles with the world's leading advertising, PR and holding companies. Born in California, raised in Detroit, succeeded in New York. Bill is an exotic car collector, currently restoring the last Ferrari owned by Miles Davis.

ALICIA DAVISON, SUPPLY CHAIN

As the supply chain director, Alicia works with the local bee cooperative in Dominica to ethically source our beeswax, help build more hives and support the local economy. Alicia and her husband, Rick, are the owners of the award-winning Pagua Bay House, an eco-travel luxury boutique hotel in Dominica.
